在实际中，我发现了许多顾客发过来外贸询盘后，我立即给与价格，可报价后就一直不见顾客的反映，不见有订单信息，像这类状况应当如何处理？应当写什么內容的电子邮件去给顾客以进一步跟踪呢？应当在传出价格后几日内传出电子邮件较为适合呢？

我认为先写电子邮件了解状况，

简易的了解，如HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY P/I, IS THERE ANY QUESTION OR PROBLEM WITH YOU?

再问什么时候开L/C 或汇预付款回来……

如顾客没回应，那么你应当(很*须)打个电话以往了解状况，是价钱难题？销售市场临时性发生改变？顾客是零售商，仍在等最后顾客的确定？還是其他难题？

随后依据状况做一些对策看可否挽留这一张订单信息。
